Latorie Lloyd Walker is a native of Charleston, SC and currently resides in Columbia, SC with her husband and four children. She is the owner and CEO of Aspire Early Learning Academy, LLC 1 & 2 and Aspire Business Connections. She is also the founder of Aspire Community Foundation, which is a developing non-profit organization. Latorie has a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership, Bachelor of Business Administration, an Associate of Arts in Public Service (Early Care and Education), and a Child Care Management Certification. Latorie is a Certified Trainer and Certified Technical Assistance Provider for the South Carolina Center of Child Care Career Development Organization. She is also a Notary Public for the State of South Carolina for over 10 years. Latorie is the author of ‘Aspire In Your Pursuit’ and a co-author of ‘The A2Z of Early Childhood Management.’
As a Business & Leadership Success Coach, also known as The Leading Lady CEO, Latorie’s passion to serve others has rolled over into teaching, educating and coaching men and women throughout our country through one-on-one and online course programs. She offers a free, and private, group coaching program to women business owners and leaders. Her programs assist clients in building and securing their foundation for success, inspires them to dig deeper into their purpose, create a leadership journey that is uniquely theirs, and close the gap between their dreams and their reality. With God’s help, Latorie has moved mountains in her personal life and professional career and she enjoys educating and coaching others on how to do the same. Latorie has over 12+ years of experience in the leadership, business management, supervision, and mentoring areas. She has handled six to seven figure budgets and successfully handles a six figure budget as the CEO of her own business.
Latorie currently is a 2016 Approved Candidate for the American Business Women’s Association National Board District 1 Vice President’s position. She also serves as the Professional Development Chair of the American Business Women Association (ABWA) Midlands Chapter, on the School Improvement Council and the Parent Teacher Association (PTA) in the Richland/Lexington 5 School District. She was awarded the 2014 ABWA Midlands Chapter Woman of the Year Award. In 2003, she was the recipient of the Who’s Who in American Junior College Award. Over the years, she has served on multiple executive boards and volunteer committees within the communities in which she lived and worked.
